Holistic healing

Being a plant medicine woman or man isn't only believing in plants, it's always looking what's best for the person or animal in question. Sometimes something physical needs regular medicine, sometimes someone needs a different mindset and not a pill or herb. Knowing when you can truly help can deepen the healing.

Aromatherapy

We all know how a scent can make us remember, make us feel good or awful. Essential oils influence our moods but are also rich in bio chemicals in concentrated doses. 

Bach flower remedies

Doctor Edward Bach saw that illness can stem from mindset, characteristics and moods. He went on a hunt to find medicine to help his patients heal from the inside out. Thus he found blossoms and flowers.

Herbology

Of course herbology can't be missing in a herbalism online course! So in this module we're going into herbs and how to use them in teas, salves, compresses, powders, and so on. 

Homeopathy

We are going into the classic and modern approach, for humans and animals of course. You can decide which approach suits you best and if you want to work with animals and/or humans. Although keep in mind that the traditional homeopathy not only derives from plants, but we are.

Botanical nutritional healing

This module is not going to make you a nutritionist. As it's not about how you can make a diet plan, how to prepare meals, and so on. We are going into food source plants. For example, oil or fat can help break down cortisol to help heal from trauma. Or which super foods can help to clear your mind. But only botanical.

Plant medicine

Now we have seen so many methods of working with plants, there are still plants or part of plants we haven't used. Like trees, algae, mosses. So this module is to incorporate other plants and their medicinal uses. (Please be mindful that this whole online course does not cover every plant that exists. There are enough resources however. You will also not use every plant that we will cover.)

Shamanic plant medicine

There is such a big foundation of knowledge how to use plants and which plants, that it's time to deepen our connection. And that's exactly what shamanic practices will do. Communicating with plants, their essences, their devas and mother earth.

Spirituality of plants

There is even more than just shamanism as a spiritual way to work with plants. I love to invite you into incense, planetary associations, and so on.

Your apothecary

In this last module of the online herbalism course, you are going to learn how to build your own apothecary. How to grow your own plants and make medicine with them in a loving manner. Of course you're going to learn how to make a business out of your apothecary, if you want to.

After the herbalism course:

Now you can help people and animals support their body, mind and feelings. But you can also connect with plants, plant spirits and do so much more. Maybe you will open your practice as a herbalist, or you make your own plant remedies instead of using Bach flower remedies. It is also possible that you make these beautiful natural perfumes from essential oils and open your Etsy shop. Or just use your first aid plant kit to help your family and yourself. There is no limit to what you can do.
