Yes they know, they aren't gone. Energy can't be destroyed, only transformed. Their physical body isn't there anymore but their love, your bond, their soul is still with you. And no, not because you miss them. But because they need closure as well. They have lived their lives with you, or when adopted, probably the most important part of their life, how long or short it might have been, was with you.
So if you have unanswered questions, or you feel like there is a message for you. I wouldn't just love to be the messenger between the spirit life and the physical life. It would be an honor. I think this is the main reason why I'm here on earth, talking to animals and spirits ever since I was little.

Already I can tell you that: yes they know how much you love them, and that you probably trying so hard to do your best and that you will go over your own boundaries to help your pet/animal. Their love is unconditional, and so is yours for them.

Since I can remember I have been talking to animals, spirits and to be honest with trees and plants as well. But animals and spirits were with me always. Even if it was just a bird on a lantern. So when I had no job, no education, nothing to do: I started my business at 21 in 2012. I asked people around with what they thought I could help other's with. And they told me: animal communication. Just like I hoped. Thus I started with a website made with the utmost simple html code, some business cards I printed myself and hang up at our local supermarkets.
