4 Tips to become an intuitive medium

Here are 4 tips to become an intuitive medium. When the hustle of developing psychic abilities and learning evidential mediumship is too much. You can also become an intuitive medium!

Tip 1: Strengthen Your Intuition

Being a medium is all about this subtle communication with the spirit world. But before you can sense, see and/or hear those spirits, you should be able to listen to your intuition first. As this is the way to getting their impressions and hone into the connection.

  • Start with Meditation: Meditating every day helps you quiet your mind and pay attention to the subtle language of your intuïtion. So you can start to feel the connection with your spirit guides.
  • Keep a Journal: Write down any intuitive messages you’ve had. Any intuitive gut feelings, lucid dreams or intuitive experiences. Like feeling that you should take another crop of lettuce when doing grocery shopping, and now you are eating it, it’s a really good lettuce! Or the feeling that you can’t trust someone, and you couldn’t. When you document your intuitive messages, you will recognize them sooner, they will grow stronger, because you are actualizing them through journaling.

Tip 2: Work with Your Spirit Guides

Everyone has a dream team full of spirit guides, angels, ancestors and deceased loved ones. They can help you connect with the other side. Building a relationship with them will make your journey to becoming a medium easier.

  • Ask for Their Help: In meditation or quiet moments, ask your guides to show up. You might feel them, hear a name, or see something in your mind. Trust what comes to you. And when there’s nothing, it’s alright too. Sometimes it just takes time for your brain to decipher what you’re receiving. With practice, you’ll get the messages faster and faster.
  • Look for Signs: Ask your guides for signs like a feather or other symbol or angel numbers. And trust that when you asked for a rainbow but you see a rainbow in a magazine, instead of a real one, that it’s just what you asked for. Build your trust first, then you can get specific.

Tip 3: Connect with your departed loved ones.

Mediumship is about healing, those messages from heaven, are messages from heart to heart. If you know what it can do to you, you know what messages can do to others. Also, try to translate those impressions, feelings and things you see into words. Because that’s the real job: translating the messages. So start with your own departed loved ones, write their messages down. If you can translate them, you can translate for other people too.

Tip 4: Trust what has been given

When spirits talk to us, they can sometimes be very specific, detail oriented. Sometimes it doesn’t mean anything to you as the channeler. And maybe your client will not get the clue right away. But trust what has been given to you as a message. It will sooner or later find it’s way to the heart of your client. And then you will get a call or e-mail that now they know what you were talking about. Know that it wasn’t you who was talking about it. So trust the messenger.

Closure: Healing for All

Mediumship heals both sides—the living and the spirits. When you help someone here find closure or peace, you also help the spirits move on. This work allows both worlds to heal, bringing peace and acceptance. It doesn’t take away grief, but it can truly help to accept and move on. Because now they feel the connection through your channeling.
